I enjoy music a lot. The very first album I ever chose myself was a cheesy K-Tel album way back in the mid 70's. It had a few hits on it and got me into listening to music. A year or two later I won an album as a result of collecting the most money for a worthwhile cause in elementary school. The album I won was Boston's "Don't Look Back" - not exactly the kind of album you'd picture a 10-year-old having but who's to judge. It was my parents who started my interest into what we now call "classic rock". They got me into Led Zeppelin, The Moody Blues and Fleetwood Mac, three of my favourite groups.

My musical preferences are pretty much the same today as they were when I was young only I've broadened my tastes somewhat. I started listening to heavier music like Rush, Pink Floyd and Black Sabbath when I started High School and then got into Megadeth and Metallica when I started university. I started listening to Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Nirvana when alternative was actually alternative. I've always enjoyed Fleetwood Mac, Heart and other classic bands. And over the last 3 years or so, I've developed an interest for new age and symphonic music like Jean-Michel Jarré and I have a really cool Symphonic Pink Floyd CD (no lyrics).

Current music interests include The Tragically Hip, Our Lady Peace, Radiohead, Collective Soul, and the Watchmen.

My Favourite Bands are:

Led Zeppelin

Rush

Black Sabbath

Metallica

Queensryche

Dream Theater

The Tea Party

Fleetwood Mac
