STUDENT PR PRESENTERS NEEDED
Career Services is asking for the assistance of Carleton staff and faculty to help and identify and encourage qualified students to apply to become volunteer Public Relations Presenters for the 2001-2002 academic year. As Presenters, students will be the liaison between Career Services and the Carleton community promoting Career Services workshops and events through short presentations in classes and also assisting with advertising and market research. They are looking for enthusiastic second- and third-year students from all faculties, with the ability to work independently. Some public speaking experience would be an asset. Students will gain skills in marketing, promotions, communications, public relations, and presentations and market research. Students can submit their resumes to Career Services, Room 508, Unicentre as soon as possible.

E-BOOK PILOT PROJECT
Carleton University Library is participating in an Ontario-wide pilot project with netLibrary to provide access to 2000 e-books in all subject areas. Once you have an account set up, you can access the e-book collection with no restrictions from any computer connected to the Internet. The pilot project will last one year.
