Isn't It About Time? - how to stop putting things off and get on with your life (ISBN 1903269032, Worth Publishing - available either from www.amazon.co.uk or www.worthpublishing.com The author, Andrea Perry, is a psychotherapist and trainer, and the book has been written on the basis of 15 years clinical experience. Perry notes that the book offers an integrated theory for the evolution of procrastination as well as many diverse and lateral strategies to find ways ahead. It is written both for the self-help market, including students, and also for practitioners of all kinds working with people who procrastinate.
